Test week (KES 159)

If you stop during your test week we refund the days you did not use: KES 159 divided by 7 for each unused day, rounded down to a whole shilling. For example, after 2 days used you get back 5 days, KES 113. Ask within the test week at support@xhinku.com from the email address on your account. Your access ends when the refund is approved, and the test week cannot be taken again.

Monthly and quarterly plans

Once a monthly or quarterly plan has started it is not refunded, because you can use everything from the first minute. We will refund in full if you were charged and the plan did not start, if you were charged twice by mistake, or if a fault on our side stopped you using the app for a long period.

How refunds are paid

By M-Pesa to the number you paid with, usually within a few working days of approval. The payment provider's fee on the original payment is not refunded.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account ends your plan at once and does not refund the time left.
